LinkAja bukan pemain anyar di bisnis pembayaran elektronik. LinkAja adalah wajah baru dari TCASH, layanan keuangan digital (e-wallet) milik Telkomsel, anak usaha PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau Telkom. Selain itu, LinkAja merupakan gabungan dari layanan keuangan elektronik milik PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dengan E-Cash, UnikQu dari PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, dan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dengan merek T-Bank.

Pemilik saham LinkAja bukan hanya Telkomsel (25%), Bank BRI (20%), Bank Mandiri (20%), Bank BNI (20%), tapi masuk di dalamnya PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk atau Bank BTN (7%), PT Pertamina (Persero) (7%), dan sisanya PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) (1%).

Perubahan layanan TCASH menjadi LinkAja meluncur pada 22 Februari 2019 dan sudah dimanfaatkan masyarakat sejak 3 Maret 2019. Jadi pengguna layanan pembayaran tiga bank pelat merah tersebut akan dimigrasikan secara bertahap ke LinkAja.

Posisi Yang Dibutuhkan:
  • Compensation & Benefit
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Oversee employee compensation, employee benefits and rewards, annual salary reviews, performance reviews, bonus schemes, sales incentive plans, talent retainment, and other related responsibilities
  • Advice senior management on compensation and rewards strategy that in line with company and HR objectives
  • Define a fair, equitable, competitive and consistent compensation philosophy for defining compensation and benefits package that fits and aligned to company’s strategy and business goals
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
  • Reviewing market data and legal requirements in the country to ensure that compensation practices are comply with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
  • Able to conduct research/benchmark and analysis on market trends and providing trending reports on industry best practice to track industry competitiveness for development of compensation & benefit policy & guidelines
  • Responsible for preparing job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
  • Act as a Helpdesk for employee query around Mediclaim, Insurance, Payroll, Benefits
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Persyaratan Umum:
  • Minimal Pendidikan S1 atau S2
  • Minimal IPK 3.00
Persyaratan Khusus:
  • Bachelor/Master Degree from a reputable University (local/overseas) majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource area particularly in Performance Management, Rewards Strategy, Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation, job analysis systems and payroll best practices
  • Experience in start-up, e-commerce, technology, or similar environment
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Data driven
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office
