LinkAja adalah produk teknologi finansial buah sinergi perusahaan kebanggaan bangsa Indonesia, yaitu HIMBARA (Himpunan Bank Milik Negara – termasuk Bank Mandiri), Telkomsel, dan Pertamina.

LinkAja bukan pemain anyar di bisnis pembayaran elektronik. LinkAja adalah wajah baru dari TCASH, layanan keuangan digital (e-wallet) milik Telkomsel, anak usaha PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau Telkom. Selain itu, LinkAja merupakan gabungan dari layanan keuangan elektronik milik PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dengan E-Cash, UnikQu dari PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, dan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dengan merek T-Bank.

Pemilik saham LinkAja bukan hanya Telkomsel (25%), Bank BRI (20%), Bank Mandiri (20%), Bank BNI (20%), tapi masuk di dalamnya PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk atau Bank BTN (7%), PT Pertamina (Persero) (7%), dan sisanya PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) (1%).

Perubahan layanan TCASH menjadi LinkAja meluncur pada 22 Februari 2019 dan sudah dimanfaatkan masyarakat sejak 3 Maret 2019. Jadi pengguna layanan pembayaran tiga bank pelat merah tersebut akan dimigrasikan secara bertahap ke LinkAja.

Posisi Yang Dibutuhkan:
  • Talent Management
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Manage sourcing and recruitment workforce and plan by implementing and supporting direct recruitment objectives
  • Implement personal recruitment guidelines as well as recruitment policies & procedures to ensure that hiring targets and selection standards are met for each department
  • Developing new ideas and sources for quality recruits and drive Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Building internal and external candidate database by sourcing via; direct research, headhunting, building networks with identified skills, increasing the internal job posting and providing the company profiles to recruitment services
  • Tracking results or gathering statistics in order to improve current and future hiring needs
  • Establishing strategic goals and objectives for staff recruitment & selection that are consistent with the company's goals and objectives
  • Processing headcount reports and functional reports related to recruitment, turnover, workforce planning
Persyaratan Umum:
  • Minimal Pendidikan S1 atau S2
  • Minimal IPK 3.00
Persyaratan Khusus:
  • Bachelor/Masters Degree from a reputable University (local/overseas) majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
  • Minimum over 3 years of relevant direct recruitment
  • Experience in using technology to source high caliber talent (ex: LinkedIn, Social Media platforms, Internet searching, Online Networking)
  • Experience in start-up, e-commerce, technology, or similar environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
  • Ability to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to speak effectively in English
