LinkAja bukan pemain anyar di bisnis pembayaran elektronik. LinkAja adalah wajah baru dari TCASH, layanan keuangan digital (e-wallet) milik Telkomsel, anak usaha PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau Telkom. Selain itu, LinkAja merupakan gabungan dari layanan keuangan elektronik milik PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dengan E-Cash, UnikQu dari PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, dan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dengan merek T-Bank.

Pemilik saham LinkAja bukan hanya Telkomsel (25%), Bank BRI (20%), Bank Mandiri (20%), Bank BNI (20%), tapi masuk di dalamnya PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk atau Bank BTN (7%), PT Pertamina (Persero) (7%), dan sisanya PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) (1%).

Perubahan layanan TCASH menjadi LinkAja meluncur pada 22 Februari 2019 dan sudah dimanfaatkan masyarakat sejak 3 Maret 2019. Jadi pengguna layanan pembayaran tiga bank pelat merah tersebut akan dimigrasikan secara bertahap ke LinkAja.

Posisi Yang Dibutuhkan:
  • Employee Relation
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Maintaining and enhancing our company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations activities, such as: employment, labor relations, training, employee services and developing human resources policies & programs
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
  • Generating official letter for employees and acting as people partner for exited employees
  • Responsible for the provision of high quality industrial and employee relations advice and services to Business Unit Head which result in improved industrial relations policies and practices
  • Handle employee relations matters that are related to employee code of conduct violations, disciplinary issues, employee disputes and/or employee rights
  • Maintain and update HR system data in time, support HR system improvement and perfection
Persyaratan Umum:
  • Minimal Pendidikan S1 atau S2
  • Minimal IPK 3.00
Persyaratan Khusus:
  • Bachelor degree or above, over 5 years working experience in HR field, with HR experience in technology, banking and start-up companies
  • Knowledge of basic work in each of HR module especially in HR operation
  • Have advanced knowledge & skill in labor law, handling dispute, strategic IR, and negotiation
  • Easy-going, loves to mingle, highly sociable, persistent, and daring
  • Passionate in helping people and communities
  • Eager to learn, able to analyze situations, and is adaptable to change
